This velvet dress is designed and handmade with love in our UK studio (Worcester). 
The dress is made from a soft stretch velvet jersey and has a layers of soft tulle over the skirt bottom. 
The perfect twirling dress!
This dress has cap sleeves but they can be changed to no sleeve, long or 3/4 sleeves. Just pop that in the notes to seller.
